Limited Refund Policy for Our Digital Products
All digital product purchases are non-refundable. Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
1. Exceptions
We only offer refunds or exchanges under the following circumstances:
- Corrupted or Defective Files: If the digital product is defective, corrupted, or incomplete, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase with a description of the issue.
- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, we will refund the duplicate purchase. Please get in touch with us within 7 days of the transaction.
2. How to Request a Refund

- Verification: We may request additional information or proof to verify the issue with the digital product.
